Great company to learn and develop at. Try to be at the forefront of innovation. Very smart people leading the business.

Svantaggi

Constant change to respond to the environment, but never see the outcomes. High IQ leaders with low EQ. Diversity seems to be more of a marketing tool than truly embedded in the culture. Leadership only just beginning to reflect the consumer.

High performers can sometimes feel underappreciated, and career advancement can be slower than expected due to organizational complexity and internal politics. Decision-making can also take longer than it should because of the number of stakeholders involved.
