Overall company culture is corrupted, no culture of inclusion, lower level personnel is considered like sort of slaves or second sort citizens, every one is afraid to speak up about problems in the bank due to widespread use of hidden retaliation. Hiring and promoting at least on West coast favours personal and racial preferences rather than professional merits.
