-Good benefits. -Decent pay (depends on experience). -Steady bank.

-The management was not helpful when it came to teaching new things. -Management always seemed to have a hidden agenda achieved at the expense of going against moral and ethics in the workplace. -They had a high turn over rate with employees which is a sign that management needs to improve their training more if they expect for employees to have a lower percent of making mistakes. -Spoke down to often-- not treated as an equal.
