Union Bank was a great place to work for about 8 years (out of 11). They had a great HR group and put in innovative HR Systems and tried to stay current. Once they announced the sale to US Bank (2022), they gave up trying to innovate and shifted to housekeeping mode.

Everything stopped once they announced the sale to US Bank. Raised plummeted, promotions stopped, and their IT innovation came to a standstill. Rough run through the end of transaction when they laid off a lot of us.
