Trying to be what it is NOT! - Recensione dipendente - Senior Relationship Banker presso Union Bank

Bank is trying to expand too fast in an incredibly slow market. Company philosophy has changed for the worse. Instead of the Union Bank of the past where the emphasis was put on relationship banking, it is now put on widget sales. Incredibly micromanaged. 3 conference calls daily to report sales figures. Management leads through fear and intimidation.....no longer a friendly place to work.
