Poor management. Everything is micromanaged. You complain to HR what managers do is out of policy and they cover up for them and get away with it. No growth unless you know someone in senior management or sleep with them. Sales goals are unrealistic with products not being competitive with the current market. The company is not stable. They are always giving away "packages" to employees of all departments.
