Very poor and inexperienced & Selfish Management - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Union Limited

What should I say, to me if the company is going to be destroyed it;s only by the management of itself. They do not have any proper knowledge and experience of how to lead a company. The previous experienced employees were sacked for a silly reason. Put some inexperienced new face onto their chair. After that they already lost thei Mobile Business, HP industry got burn ot and now only left the Textile industry which is not also going very well. But the saddest part is the management never ever thinks about their employee benefits. No increment since 2 years. The office was renowned for its flexibility but now the new management has set everything like this way that if you want to go on leave then it seems like you are going to commit a very big sin. All the companies in the developed world are now trying to deploy 4 working days. and here the management has eliminated the weekday of Saturday and now people have to work 6 days a week. Employees has never seen a company cultural program, picnic, tour, company profit share, or even Earn Leave in the last 4 years. Where other companies are motivating every employee so that they can work for the company by their heart, but here the management is demotivating every employee inch by inch thus losing the passion to work here. I highly recommend to avoid this company to secure your career.
