Current senior leadership has lost the faith and trust of the management team. They stripped all the titles, lied about the reasons for doing so, took away the pension for new employees and now are about to cut pay and bonuses. It used to be a loyal company where hard work and commitment was rewarded. Now it is a place full of distrust of the president and his direct reports. Very sad it has come to this.
