Don't believe what you read bout the CEO. He's actually a good guy who is just doing his job. He's got some snakes in his garden.

Bullying, gossiping and cronyism are rampant in Omaha headquarters. Managing your personal reputation is about 50% of your job. That kind of culture is exhausting and leaches away energy that could be better applied to doing great work. Integrity is almost discouraged and considered naive.
