Poor work environment - Recensione dipendente - Railroad Conductor presso Union Pacific

Horrible union/mgt/co-workers. Union heads are sucking the dues out of them and they take advantage of members constantly laying off and depleting resources. Mgt is constantly looking for a reason to write them up even for things that don't need to be that extreme. It creates a negative work environment.
