Benefits and bonuses are good - just need more up to date paperwork so it's not too hard to understand. Offices are refurbed leaving them to be a nicer atmosphere. Digitalization is now a priority and is being pushed, so people are working more efficiently.

The strategy and management seems to change every time you return to the office, leaving people unsure as to where they currently sit. Very German focused, with a tendency to ignore UK. Since Covid, the offices are quiet (hence the refurb) but people still prefer to work from home. Loads of processes however hardly have been documented and difficult to find - seems to have been an issue since the E.ON split and nothing was carried over properly. HR work at a slow pace, assuming it's due to a high workload or reduced staff.
