      -Payment always on time and more benefits -Beneficial Staff Purchase -Good manager = Good Environment -Supportive Colleagues

      -Continuous assessment and review by Area Manager which need you to improve in fast paced -Some feedback are taken personally so people will get hurt -dont ever marry UNIQLO Staff, we have no work life balance -AL need to apply as early as 3 months so last minute apply might be rejected at all cost -Only those with business mindset may survive in retail world, otherwise if you only want to come work just to do as told, u will surely get scolded.

      Management can be hit or miss. My manager was terrible and she made the whole job a terrible experience. This is very common for Uniqlo as they have little managers and they often get moved around a lot when people complain about them. Job is easy but if management are bad I would run
