I've had a fantastic experience with my current agency. Noresh, the boss, along with HR teams - Vijayarani and Vahini,etc have been incredibly supportive people. They are always approachable and quick to respond, helping with anything I need in the fastest and most efficient ways. During my initial days, they also assisted me with accommodation,tax , visa process making my transition seamless. Unisontech is an IT consultancy company with range of clients in various domains. I have been working since 8 months now and find it to be employee friendly and management is easily approachable. Lot of engagement activities also conducted which helps to bridge gap as most of the employees are directly deployed to client location and interact with each other less.
