* Company cut down staff slowly where I was at to unacceptable levels and blamed us for them not meeting service level agreements * Time pressure too much of the time especially before I left. You were expected to have phone calls done within 9 minutes with all your documentation done. This really affected my ability to fix things for clients that would call. They would give only about 2.5 minutes for after call work. One account I worked on would allow for 30 seconds of after call work. * Expected to pick up the phone within 30 seconds leads to high stress especially when understaffed. * Lack of salary adjustments when taking on more responsibilities, furthering education and obtaining certifications. * Denied paid time and unpaid time off continually. Supervisor gave me a hard time getting time off when significant other was in the hospital for invasive surgery after I had worked there for over 4 years. Would see this with other workers as well when life emergencies would happen. * Weekly performance meetings would happen for each Level 1 employee on the account I was on. You would be pressed upon to work faster if your call times were not below 8.5 minutes. * No opportunities ever offered for remote work
