      Very flexible work culture You can do a lot of exploration They support learning

      Too much chop and change in departments Products are not marketed properly Building the whole product even before knowing whether there are customers. When they don't find customers, they just dismantle the whole team and scrap years of work only to start a fresh after a few years with same design.
