      I enjoyed the work and the people. Compensation was in line with market. Lot of experience and expertise you could call on.

      Not well know in the market place and company was (still is) in general decline. Opportunities for growth were limited and shrinking.

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
