There are lots of initiatives for employees to get involved in at United rentals from tuition programs, scholarships, to community work and fundraisers etc. As well as a culture that focuses on diversity and equality. They have a fair pay scale, good benefits, wellness days, and paid sick leave should you require it. depending on the area you are working in there may be limited room to move up if that's something you are interested in. Although united rentals has 1000's of positions, sometimes there is no positions to move to unless you transfer elsewhere. This depends entirely on your region
