Caring work environment. Great hours. Respectful leadership. Very stable company even through all the ups and downs of teh economy. Everyone is very supportive of one another. I've never worked in an environment that has no drama! It's refreshing.

It depends on your perspective. It's a smaller company, so opportunities for advancement may not be the same in a larger company, but you won't have the same pressures and your coworkers are truly there to support you and help you succeed.

Universal is a great place to work. The environment is very happy and calm. All the employees and management get a long very well together. Communication is effortless and the integrity here top notch. The hours are wonderful; 7:30am-3:30pm allowing you to live your life outside of work, the benefits we get are great and are low cost to the employee, and we get a fully stocked kitchen everyday with paid catered lunch on Fridays. Hard to not want to work for a company that gives all of that to you because they value their employees.
