      Fast paced job, good benefits, bragging rights

      environment gets really toxic after being there for more than 6 months. work gets really mechanical, not much room for learning or progression. your enjoyment of work is highly dependent on whether or not your higher-ups like you because they have full control over your roles at work.

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
