Honestly, I can't think of many. They do employ favoritism and will hire and promote friends and family of employees but what happens everywhere.

Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
