A "Look down upon" atmosphere within the leadership towards Event guides, and E&T attendants. Possibly the most egregious decision making for a company bar none. A point system styled system for attendance, HOWEVER while they state its "for your use" you can and probably will find yourself at lower and lower points due to simply life not caring about some kind of points that refund monthly from the date the attendance incident happens.
