The outstanding leadership at Universal Giving characterized by the deep empathy and desire to genuinely improve people's lives is exemplary. With my experience at some of the highest-performing for-profit businesses including Google, PayPal and eBay I bring a unique perspective not always easily integrated into non-profit space. Universal Giving is demonstrably the right place for people of all backgrounds to engage and volunteer their time, know-how and resources for the benefit of those in need. I've spent a number of years and am currently engaged with the staff and volunteers at Universal Giving helping this non-profit improve on its overall payment strategy and system capabilities. I continue to support and very much appreciate the opportunity to work with the committed and outstanding team members and leadership at Universal Giving. The team is working smartly and efficiently enabling their beneficiaries to live self-sufficiently thereby making a profound and positive change in people's lives. The collegial, friendly and helpful team members make the effort easy. Having witnessed the effort and impact this non-profit has across the globe, I'd highly recommend it to family and friends as a place to work and donate.
