      Excellent benefits package, particularly the tuition reimbursement and the strong retirement match. The university offers great job security, a beautiful campus environment, and the opportunity to work with intelligent, supportive colleagues in a prestigious research and medical setting.

      Base salaries are lower than the industry market rate, and annual merit raises are often minimal. The bureaucratic nature of such a large institution can slow career advancement, and paying out of pocket for remote employee parking that requires a shuttle commute is very inconvenient.

      Flexible scheduling options while studying as a per diem employee. Full time employees receive great benefits, such as tuition reimbursement. Staff is incredibly helpful and supportive, and create a safe learning environment for nursing students, and those interested in healthcare professions.

      Benefits are great and very reasonable for employee contribution.

      Pay is not as good as it should be especially because this is the biggest employee in Rochester! Also, the diversity in this company is horrible. The morral is terrible and African americans do not get equal playing field as others.
