However, we respectfully disagree with your assessment that there is no room for growth or advancement at Univest. In fact, we are proud to promote from within whenever possible and have many examples of employees who have grown their careers with us over the years. We are also continuously working to innovate and improve our systems and processes. While we may not always move as quickly as some would like, we are committed to making steady progress and welcome ideas from all employees on how we can improve.
