This company doesn't care about anything other than pleasing shareholders. Private equity has ruined our once-amazing culture. People are dropping like flies - both from resignations and layoffs. Leadership continues to ignore organizational pain points while continuing to hire VP level and C-suite personnel. They do NOT care about their employees. Don't expect a raise. Don't expect honesty from leadership. Believe all the other poor reviews - we're not "disgruntled" employees. I used to really love working here, but the acquisition and merger has murdered everything that was great about our legacy companies in favor of corporate profit and greed. The random influx of 5 star reviews are from VPs trying to slow the hemorrhaging they've caused.
