Initially assured employees their jobs were safe, only to host an extravagant retreat in Colorado (marketed as optional) and later lay off nearly 25% of one of the legacy companies. The layoffs appeared retaliatory, targeting individuals based on the CEO’s personal biases from Zoom calls, employees who were unable the retreat, and random selections. Enforced strict NDAs and terminated employees who refused to sign, severely disrupting workflow, delaying client deliverables, and diminishing overall service quality. The work environment is dominated by fear, with employees constantly worried about sudden job loss. Middle management lacks basic management skills, has little understanding of their teams' functions, and fails to address operational needs effectively.
