- Leadership is self-serving and more concerned with public image (and personal projects) than doing meaningful work for clients. (I.e. publishing a book when their win-rate is less than 20%) - No real plan after multiple acquisitions; instead of integrating strengths, they removed competent leaders and replaced them with friends who align with their narrative. - Constant layoffs hit the hardest-working employees, while director/VP hires avoid rolling up their sleeves. - Pitch win-rates are abysmal, yet leadership spins this as “success.” - Company culture has been completely eroded — even the DEI committee was eliminated. - The flood of suspiciously positive reviews in 2025 are HR-led attempts at damage control, not reflective of reality.
