Vantaggi

Helping kids make progress was a real joy. It was the only joy of this job. I stayed for as long as I did for the kids.

Svantaggi

The job was obviously very challenging. What made the situation worse was the poor attitude of the leadership. They didn't organize stuff and were to blame for all the chaos. The working hours were also long, brutal, and exhausting. Spending a lot of time with the kids was an essential part of the job. It often meant that employees had to stay late and tackle more stress every day. The job satisfaction went down with time as the stress increased. I remember just doing things for the sake of it because my heart wasn't in it. I couldn't see myself repeating the same pattern for the next few years. So I quit. I work at a much less toxic workplace now. I am happier.

Vantaggi

Diverse experiences and meaningful responsibilities. I learned how to adjust my approach based on individual needs and goals. Career development and useful training. The experience improved my observation skills and helped me become more patient. The work remains engaging because progress often happens in unexpected ways.

Svantaggi

Progress is not always immediate, which can be frustrating during difficult cases.

Vantaggi

The first few weeks looked promising and the team lead was genuinely supportive at first. The issue is that almost no one lasts beyond six months.

Svantaggi

- Constant turnover with almost no one lasting beyond six months - No stability, with coworkers already disengaged and planning their exit soon after joining - Management treats ongoing attrition as normal instead of a serious problem - Work environment feels drained because no one expects to stay long term - One person often ends up carrying most of the institutional knowledge due to rapid exits - Exhaustion from repeatedly training new hires who leave before becoming fully functional - Overall sense that the company operates as a temporary stop rather than a stable workplace
