Very metric based, quantity over quality, not accommodating to basic needs (I used the bathroom in between a call and was reprimanded and told to wait until my 15 minute break) I work from home. They watch and listen to you constantly and if your are idle for 18s they are on you. I generally take about 75 phone calls in a work day. And even with great metrics, they will audit your calls and your basically learn from your mistakes as things pop up all the time that you don't learn in training. Really frustrating.
