The company has a great tight-knit team atmosphere. You won't often find the type of access to knowledgeable people at some companies like you would at Upic. This is the first place that I've felt like the whole company is really like a family. We care about eachother and truly want to excel as a team. The holiday schedule mirrors that of the United Way organizations we support so you often get 4 day weekends around holidays. You get to support a unique user group, most of which are quite pleasant. I can go on and on.
