Altify is a profitable company that doesn’t skimp on its people. Senior Management is accessible to people at all levels and are well liked and respected. Customers are really valued and they seem to notice this. Most customers make a second purchase less than 6 months after their first purchase from Altify. Altify has been profitable and self-sustaining without VC funding, and “looking after employees” seems to be the number 1 priority when reinvesting profits in the business.

There’s a growth phase happening that will require us to “level up” existing processes, policies and structures. Not everyone can get what they want right away, there’s a prioritized list of where the money will be invested.
