I’ve been fortunate to lead a great team of motivated and talented Talent Specialists. Working here, I’ve experienced firsthand how much effort goes into ensuring that each of us can reach our full potential, while still maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I’m proud of the collaborative atmosphere we’ve built within the Talent team. Our projects are challenging, but the camaraderie and shared goal of pushing boundaries make it all worthwhile. I joined Upper a few years back and have successfully landed a few really good gigs through them. The clients were great for me and with some off them I'm still friends and we keep in touch from time to time. Upper has always been supportive during my time on projects and I could rely on them to keep both mine and the clients interests in mind. Also worth noting, never had any payment issues with Upper!

Pretty much the same with every freelancer job platform - jobs aren't guaranteed so you have to manage your expectations and Upper aims to match the best person for the job not you personally so you can't really on one job platform exclusively.
