      Good benefits package where employer pays a big portion of costs. Fun, friendly environment. Community service involvement (Harvesters, Orphan Justice League, KC Pet Project). A lot of internal advancement opportunities.

      Could use a few more paid holidays.

      Short breaks and they micromanage every second of the day. No concern for family, all you are is just a number in a seat. Very clicky and greedy.
