Everyone in the company lives and breathes a culture of open communication and support. They believe great people make great products and obsess over customers. The technology is class-leading and solves a unique business problem.

Not really a con... but even though the company is growing, and they have structure, following a hierarchy for communication is not required. Everyone is encouraged to communicate with people at all levels.

Work/life balance is good, flexible schedule, great team, lots of growth both as a company and as an individual employee. I really feel like my needs and thoughts are heard at UptimeHealth, the job can get very busy but I can always reach out to my team for support when I feel overwhelmed.

I don't think there's any real downside besides the pains of being a growing startup, if you don't adjust to change well then it could be hard.
