The company is small and growing rapidly, there is opportunity to be an integral part to create the culture of the company. They have hired a large team of accountants, construction project managers, hospitality/asset management and an HR Dept. The people are very nice. Some come from hospitality so they have a friendly attitude.

The company is growing fast and needs builder mentality types who can help build the infrastructure, policies, strategy, direction because there is so much potential here.

The new company seems to be investing a lot of money into the workplace, which is good to see some new things to our facility.

This company does not seem to be very welcoming to their new employees. Little is known about the company, seemingly posing a red flag to employees.
