No people of color in leadership positions Personal feelings dictate who gets promoted, even if you are qualified Pay is absolutely atrocious Leadership is out of touch with it's employees Leadership will always cover each other's back, even when they are in the wrong There is no accountability for supervisors, they do not get disciplined for making the same mistakes again and again Scheduling is absolutely ridiculous, you will have no work life balance
