The people are all really nice. Management is pretty approachable and willing to take employees' opinions into consideration. The benefits are, in my experience, above average, and on top of that there's a profit-sharing system that is very generous. Adding up all the benefits raises the effective salaries another 10k+. Also, the work-life balance is awesome.

They need more people, but are having trouble finding qualified people in the area. This means everything suffers the way it usually does when there is a lot of work and not enough people to do it. It's too bad because it's a great place to work; they don't deserve to have this problem.
