The expectation of hours is low so the job itself isn’t too demanding. I appreciate being able to support college students and the clinical team is very communicative.

Low pay - there should be a higher starting rate as fully licensed individuals; it’s also inconsistent how much you’ll get booked so it’s hard to manage the schedule sometimes.
