It's a great company to work for as an officer. Contract periods are short for officers. There is a good training and support system. There is ample opportunity to take up shore jobs for experienced officers. A large and diverse fleet of ships.
Svantaggi
Promotions may be a bit slow. Only few ships are equipped with internet onboard. The crew has very long tenures. The wages for crew members are slightly on the lower side.
