Shorter shifts, not many full-time employees

Staff is teamwork focused and help each other out when needed. Product is typically very fresh and up to the quality that the company prides itself on.

Structurally unhinged. Many unkept and empty promises specifically from the GM. Too often are parties scheduled without communication to the scheduled staff, leaving the team unprepared and scrambling to provide for guests. Corporate leaders made seldom appearances with minimal changes.
