This company does not care about its employees or their families. There is ZERO work life balance and their employees are too scared to take any real time off or work normal hours due to the real fear of getting fired. They have no real foundations and everyone is so concerned with covering themselves that no one pushes for any real change. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. The new CEO, Jeremey, is busy bringing in all of his friends and family to work for him that he has no real success plans for the future of this company.
