I like that you get to manage yourself and really expirment with different ways to do the job until you find what works for you. I love getting paid weekly. Money is great if you like talking to people.

No cons for me, but if I had to pick anything I would say this job isnt for someone who will slack off if they aren't being managed and told what to do, because then they will not make as much money.
