      Small company, moving fast and never dropping ideas from the table. Since we were all there to win, no technology enabler option was left unresearched and this gave a strong sense of freedom and purpose, beyond the salary.

      Being a small company, it meant that not many hands were on deck when fires happen and this might influence deeply the work-life balance.

      - Not very organized on tasks, sometimes I would have too much or too little work - Stress can sometimes be an issue when bugs show in production - Direction from seniors could be improved, not bad however
