Very similar experience to others here —they waste your time interviewing you extensively, putting you through multiple rounds and promising you’re a “top 2” candidate. After your final round of interviews, they’ll promise to get back with you by the next day with an answer…And then completely ghost you. I followed up over the course of several weeks in multiple ways, and didn’t hear back. I was evaluating Valynt at the same time as another company, so it ended up making my decision about which job to take pretty simple. I wouldn’t want to work for a company who respects others so little, so it worked out. But I’d advise anyone who values their time and wants mutual respect to look elsewhere. Also, the CEO is extremely egotistical, and that‘a never easy to work with.
