Management is delusional and does not care about employee wellness.
The account team lead is an awful human being whose sense of entitlement made working there unbearable. By the time I left, 90% of the original account team I started with left due to her. We were all convinced that she must have had dirt on someone in leadership because there was no way that many complaints could be made and no repercussions would be taken.
Unreasonable work hours, no support, and always being asked to do more. It’s impossible to succeed there.
The company is very white. There are only a few non white people and it’s known that they’re treated differently.
