Gloves are thin and cheap. Water and ice makers are not cleaned unless the water gets moldy. Cockroaches and bedbugs are rampant. No contact with pest control. They only spray when called about bugs. Brand new Ultrasound machines sit broken due to canceling service contract. Maintenance workers fired. Biomed fired. Everything is contracted out. Holter monitor contracted out to a company that uses unlicensed workers in India to read long-term EKGs

Lowest pay in the area. Put in lots of time, but new grads get paid more. Management has their favorites. You will get railroaded out if you're not a favorite. Very acutely ill patients and little time to provide them with proper care. Management doesn't care about experience. They just want a warm body.
