Management is clueless on how to run a team effectively, and always blame the lower level employees with projects fail. The CEO is a bully, yells at people. uses extremely unprofessional language, degrades people, and threatens to terminate employment whenever something doesn't go his way. Moral is always low, people are constantly frustrated, and just try to keep their heads down to avoid being bullied.
Their business practices are outdated, old school and no longer relevant.
They provide little to no direction, assistance or clarification on project specifics, so the majority of the time you are working in the dark. Upon hiring, they may promise training and education, but it rarely happens.
