The company initiated two rounds of layoffs in just over a year—December 2023 and January 2025—creating a volatile work environment. There's little opportunity for growth or advancement, and employee contributions often go unrecognized. Department leadership lacks advocacy for their teams, leaving employees feeling unsupported.
