I've worked at other A/E Consulting firms and VHB is so welcoming and stands by their employees, i.e. professional growth, projects, work/life balance and the list goes on! They are a company who is proud yet humble and a company I'm proud to say I'm apart of!

VHB is very competitive when it comes to pay. I would say to stay abreast of what the market says with regards to pay.
