Don't waste ur time!!! - Recensione dipendente - Packer presso VIAM Manufacturing

Management sucks!! Don't train you, throw you on a job and if you do something wrong you will get fired don't matter how new you are!! The employees watch their phones and tell on you for everything .. go to bathroom you are doing something wrong. They want you to work and do the job right even tho they don't even take the time to show you what you need to do until you have done 6 hours of work completely wrong. Then get fired for it the morning you leave! It's sad!!! Don't waste your time! If you have a life, family, and respect urself well this is NOT a good job for you!!!! It's soooo slow and 12 hours feels like 24!!
